Cannabis Law

Whether your company operates a cultivation center, processing facility or a dispensary; provides ancillary services such as packaging or equipment; or needs to understand how cannabis laws affect your non-cannabis business, Dahlin Law provides the counsel that you need.

Dahlin Law is dedicated to helping cannabis businesses navigate the challenges that come with working with a drug that is still considered illegal at the federal level so that their businesses can thrive within their home state, across multiple states and internationally.

Bryna's desire to play a small part in helping to correct the social injustices resulting from the war on drugs, combined with her food and drug law experience, led her to form a legal practice catering to the cannabis industry.  She is an adjunct professor at Chicago-Kent College of Law, where she teaches a course on cannabis law and policy, and has lectured around the country on cannabis law. She also serves on the Advertising and Marketing Committee of the National Cannabis Industry Association.
